I would leave 0 if I could you make appointments months in advance take off work and they cancel the day before if you want quality care do not go here. This has happened multiple times at the Holly springs location

Worst dental clinic ever! I scheduled for a regular check up and cleaning.They checked my teeth but told me couldnt clean as the hygienist was there only certain days. I asked why I wasnt told before my appt was confirmed because I had specifically asked for it and that was why I was there. I have a missing tooth so I wanted consultation. Dentist said i could get a bridge and that the process could start that day. There was no consultation provided and my fault was I blindly trusted them and said okay. My 1st bridge had a hole in the back and caused a lot of issue. They replaced it but even that doesnt feel right. I had to go back multiple times and took a lot of time because the dentist only came on Wednesdays. This process was painful and required a lot of visits. I was better off with a missing tooth than this bridge. And then finally got an appt scheduled for cleaning., which is why i went there in the first place. The hygienist cleaned half of my mouth and said that she couldnt finish it that day and to come back. Because of my busy schedule I just couldnt go back and now I have decided never to go to this clinic. Please do not go here. I hate posting negative comments but just had to do this so people are aware and dont go here.

What a rip off. My son went to the Cary and Holly Springs office...never again. My recommendation, go to a local dentist, not a chain.

Natasha is very rude and not understanding if emergencies that arise. We had to cancel our appointment due to an emergency and she was very rude and questioned why we had to cancel. This is nothing but a business and they dont care about you or your teeth, only getting your money. We will not be returning and would not recommend this dentist to others.

I always have to wait 30-40 minutes even after my appointment. They are very slow on appointments if you are in Hurry, its hard to manage time here.
