    I have contacted Tushar the day before closing as my original insurance provider was not able to update the quote with mortgage clause that was required by the lender. Tushar immediately helped me out and provided the new quote and all the docs I need with in few minutes. He was a real savior.

    We have numerous policies from this company. Their agent incorrectly put our car as a liability only insurance. This in turn made us be out of a rental car for 1 week. They said they fired the worker they had, but would do nothing about me getting a rental car and I am now not able to go to work for 1 week. When I questioned Debra about this, she hung up in my face I would not use their service at all. They do not care about the consequences of their mistakes. Tushar Bharot, the owner, never picks up the phone. I plan to make a complaint with the NC Insurance Commission Use a different agency, they do not care 04/02/24 Response to Owner Tushar Bharot -Firstly, the at fault party's insurance is with Geico (not Progressive like the owner stated) -The national general adjuster (my insurance) told me multiple times that the rental car could not be issued until 1 week because that is how long it would take to fix the mistake that Supreme Insurance Agency's agent made. The adjuster said they could not open a rental exposure under our policy because Tushar's agent incorrectly had put our policy as liability. The national general adjuster said if the agent had never made the mistake of putting our policy as liability, then we would not have had to wait 1 week for the rental car. We could have got it as soon as the claim was filed. I called today again to verify this information with the national general adjuster and he also verified it was the mistake of Supreme Insurance Agency that delayed the rental car. The accident occurred on 03/12, the police report was already available when it was filed with my national general insurance -We never said that Supreme Insurance Agency provides rental cars. But due to their mistake, we were out of a rental car for 1 whole week and they never apologized and did not even offer to pay for 1 due to their agent's mistake -The owner needs to get the correct information before making false responses to my initial Google review. Tushar, please call the National Insurance adjuster! He will verify and confirm everything I stated on here. Furthermore, the owner called my father to request for me to take off my other reviews on BBB and Yelp. I took those off as a courtesy, but the owner, Tushar, keeps providing false information and does not own up to his own agent's mistake

Gene Kaur and another party were involved in an auto accident on or around 3/15/2024. The other party in the accident was allegedly at fault. The at fault party’s insurance is with Progressive and Gene reported the claim to the other party’s carrier. The other party’s insurance had minimum limits and is underinsured for this accident/claim. Progressive stated that Gene’s vehicle was totaled. Gene Kaur is a child on her dad’s policy – Manjeet Kaur. The claim was then reported to Gene’s insurance company on 3/18 to take care of the underinsured claim. The adjustor mentioned that he needed about 1 week to take care of the claim in order for a rental car to be cleared. The error that was made by the agent at our agency was corrected and her insurance company added the coverage to the vehicle with full coverage. The adjustor informed me on 3/28 that he is still waiting for a copy of the police report in order to proceed with the claim. This claim is being handled by both insurance companies – Progressive (other party’s insurance carrier) and Gene’s insurance company – National General. The insurance agency’s responsibility is to report the claim to the carrier or carriers and the carriers will in turn pay out on the claim and provide necessary provisions, such as a rental car. The insurance agency does not provide rental cars to our insureds.
