        First off Millie is an amazing person but since this new company took over the rent kees going up . Auto pay hasn't worked twice and I can't get ahold of anyone so I will probably be charged a late fee.

        Vary helpful and understanding. My card go lost and they helped out with payment options. Also they do military discounts which alot of places don't do. Awesome place to rent from!

      Hello William. Apologies for the auto-pay not running on your acct today. A call center rep will be calling you to ensure your CC information is correct. There aren't late fees added until 6 days past the due date. Our call center reps answer the phones from 9am - 7pm eastern every day. The phone number for Grays Creek is 910-424-0589.
