        unfortunately I had to deal with this company, the adjuster couldn't even get on my customers roof and he claimed it was just a repair, when clearly the wind had damaged complete sections of the roof, the adjuster has no proper certifications or proper training. He was abusive and confrontational. I reached out to the office manager and he just avoided me at all costs. Finally talked with the insurance company and after a third party got involved we where finally able to get the sections of the roof replaced due to wind damage. If you like unprofessional service please contact this company.
