Joanna was fantastic! We had a mutual customer and she was on top of everything and provided everything I need in a timely manner. (I was the salesperson for the mutual customer)

JoAnna Foster was very helpful at our Agents Office assisting in an after -incident call. She was extremely courteous and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. FIVE STARS for her! Our one negative was not with our agents office but with ALLSTATE emergency phone service. The last thing you want in a rural accident incident is to have to go thru a lot of prompts to get to a representative. It would be much better to get live person immediately (especially when on the side of the road in wrecked car and upset). We understand that personnel might be sparse these days but this was unnerving. If it wasnt Sunday, we would have called our local Agent and they would have answered immediately. We have always had wonderful service from them. If I based this review solely on my local Agency, it would have been 5-stars!
