Everything initially was great and the offerings and savings. But then the homeowners insurance canceled my policy in after buying and while in underwriting due to it being a farm/business on the property. Unforeseen issues arise, however, my Agent at this location was unresponsive when I have emailed and called to get on another plan. I hope she is okay, and worried something has happened.

Great customer service! Joy has been honest from day one, she wasnt trying to make a dollar to make a dollar, she truly cares about getting the best deal for your family! She followed up every 6 months to see if we had questions or if she thought she could help us! I would recommend her to anymore! Joy takes her time and is very thorough, makes sure she gives all the details that someone needs to feel comfortable! :) Its a new year, time to shop around for your car, house , etc! I found Joy Dillion in a moment of pure frustration w/ my previous auto insurance provider and in need of a quick-fix. This woman not only went to work on the issue, finding a resolution and a new rate that put a little money back in my pocket; Joy restored my calm and faith in great human service. A pro to the nth degree and as her name suggests, Joy was a joy to do business with. She really should be a standard setter for quality customer service .
