Amy Black started the appointment by saying you will never be successful and while the information after that may have been true, the tone had been set. Doesnt matter how knowledgeable she was.

I had a virtual appointment scheduled with Jennifer. The appointment was at 9 am. I logged in at about 7 minutes to 9. I remained on until 9 am with the message "The meeting has not started". At 9 am I closed the browser and reopened in a different tab, thinking it may have timed out. I was right back in, in less than 30 secs. At that time I had the same message and remained on while walking around my kitchen waiting for someone to come on. NO ONE ever came on. When I called at about 9:10 am to get support the receptionist was unable to support because Jennifer wasn't willing to speak with me directly and only sent messages, through the receptionist informing me to reschedule. There is no way I should have been told I missed my appointment and have no choice but to reschedule considering I was there and the fact that the appointment was slated for 1 hour. She could have easily logged on or at the minimum spoke with me by phone about the confusion so we could troubleshoot and not have the issue moving forward. Instead I had to speak with a receptionist who clearly was unable to support me and a medical professional who lacked humanity and authentic communication skills. UPDATE: After receiving a call from the manager, Kristen, I am no more convinced that this office understands what customer service means. When she called, she immediately started sharing why this issue was not their fault. Ultimately, even with me attempting to help her see that her explanation/excuses (ex. it was the call center, it was the technology) lacked authenticity, care, and concern for the patient because all she was doing was defending everyone, I had to end the call...IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL WASTE OF TIME.
