I just purchased a home with Kathy acting as the sellers agent. Closing was pushed off 3 times and a month later than scheduled because she avoids contact with others. She doesn't care about time-sensative issues. She even refused to have the seller supply contractually obligated appliances, and when they were supplied, they didn't work. The home warranty they supplied wouldn't even repair it. Definitely NOT a trustworthy organization.

Unethical, dishonest, and they flat out do not care that they are doing what they are doing. I have purchased a home before and they were the sellers agent. They lied and did not do what was to be done in the inspection entirely along with making fake invoices. This was all uncovered after talking to a few of the companies and learning the truth. I plan to go to the state of North Carolina realtors association to let them know what this company does. They have refused to communicate with my realtor and the broker of the firm as well. I have never seen anything like this in my life or heard of anything like this. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

Kathy and Russel are the best! Used them for years! Won’t use anyone else but them. Highly recommend
