Needed an appraisal done since the county overvalued my property in their revaluations. So I spoke to Steve. He took the time to explain the whole county revaluation process to me as well as my chances of success. He also did a quick online check of my property to see if the county is close and found huge gaps and errors in the county's analysis. All this just over the phone. He then referred me to some very professional appraisers who have experience in my situation and they were very reasonable. They truly knew their stuff. Long story short, I highly recommend Steve at Valuation Experts, 5 stars, use him you won't regret it.

I used Steven's services to get a second opinion on a property that I felt was under-appraised. He was very professional and took his time answering all my questions. When you want someone who is honest and care's about his profession, you definitely won't go wrong with him!
