Bojangles

so disappointed. was raving about this to my boyfriend. finally got him to try it, not only did they mess up our order, when we asked them to fix it. (they gave us rice instead of fries). they only gave us ONE fry to replace the TWO sides that were wrong. they werent friendly at all. terrible experience and am officially done with Bojangles in general.

Mac n cheese was old and hard, fried chicken was sitting in a pool of grease. Google says they open at 530Am but when I arrived at 630Am I was told they don't open until 7Am

Came to this Bojangles on way home and I should have just went to the one in Richlands. Service was slow, lady at the drive thru window not only couldn't repeat my order back correctly but after being corrected multiple times at sign and window still gave me a wrong order. She barely understood what I was asking and mumbled back the order incoherently. Food was cold despite having to pull forward to wait on my order, order had the wrong items in it even. Will not be returning unless I absolutely have to.
