Went into rack room shoes on April 5th and bought a $70 pair of Chelsea boots. Wore them twice and the right boot started squeaking. It sounded there was a mouse in my boot. Very loud and very annoying. Obviously a mistake on the manufacturer. I have the same pair of boots in a different color and nothing's wrong with them. I went to try to return the shoes today and the associate at the desk said she could do nothing for me. She wouldn't try to rectify the situation or offer me a new pair of boots or just replace the defective boot. I informed her that this would be the last pair of boots or shoes I bought there and I threw the boots on the counter and told her that she could have them and walked out. I buy shoes there for me and my daughter all the time and this is the first problem we ever had. So, that's the last pair of shoes I buy there unless somebody tries to rectify this situation. 'm out $70 and a new pair of boots.
