        Had an awesome time at Footlocker thanks to Javi, the Manager! Seriously, from the moment I stepped in, he made the whole shopping thing super easy and went out of his way to help. Shoutout to Javi for making my visit top-notch 5 stars all the way! Will be coming back!

        I ordered shoes for my toddler on 10/19 and I just opened them on 12/9 because they were supposed to be a Christmas present. I called kids foot locker customer service for an exchange because they sent me the wrong shoe. I ordered a toddler size 10 Ugg Chelsea boot and they sent me some adidas basketball shoes size 8 that I can NOT use then proceeded to tell me I cant exchange them or get a refund. I am out of 90 dollars plus tax!
