      image Very bad service, on 11/2/23 I went into Rainbow store in Jacksonville NC walked around the whole store, there was 3 employees working and not one of them acknowledged that I was even in the store, no hello, no can I help you, as I was walking out no good bye. Cute stuff, good prices but I will never buy anything from them.

      image Terrible service. Manager sat talking to a customer while I was waiting to buy surprise gifts for my cousin. The customer had four separate order and I was supposed to wait. I will never go back bc laziness from mgmt means laziness from workers
