InTown Suites Extended Stay Kannapolis NC

Left my key in the room went to front lobby to get back in which was closed unlike a normal hotel that's open all night I had no idea the lady working standing around talking I'm assuming she was clocked out mind you the lobby is closed off for me to have any other way in my room she catches an attitude with me asks me which room I tell her I'm thinking she's just going make me a new key no instead she gets on the elevator I say I have kids in the car ill be right back I go get my kids come bck in with another guest letting me in and she's no where to be found I knock on office door go to my floor she's out of site "I STILL GOT IN MY ROOM" FORTUNATELY BT TO U LADY U SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE TALKING/HELPING PEOPLE

Great location, very clean. Very friendly staff and professional. Close to mall and many places to eat.

I really enjoyed my stay at the InTown Suites. The room was nice and the price affordable. The management was professional and friendly. I would have stayed longer but my only complaint is I couldnt have my dog. If you need a place to stay I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed my stay at in town suite for the second time me and my kids love the staff members and a special thank you to Mrs Janet for making things easier for me she will work with you when your communication is true, so thankfully appreciate it for all her help Rooms: very spacious for me and my kids we was always comfortable and it was always clean with the help of housekeeping Nearby activities: great business around the area never had a hard time getting were I needed to go walking or riding Safety: It was very safe and comfortable not once did I feel unsafe Walkability: I was able to walk around it was very spacious and clean Food & drinks: they provided you with snacks and I was very pleased with make out to eat orders knowing it was in great condition and hands
