Fifth Third Preferred - Benjamin Kristoff

I went to close my account and they didnt even close my account now I have fees of over $150 and they dont ever answer the phone. The ladys that were there were so rude too and I heard them both gossiping about how they had to give me .12 cent back and thats because I made sure I closed the account with good standing and I have another account and they could of kept the .12 cents. They wasnt nice or helpful just good to gossip. Ive been to other banks and this is the worst experience.

On Jan 24th 2023 received a promotion code via email about the $325 cash bonus if you open a ck account well Cassidy the rep from the branch , failed to enter the code after repeating 3 times ,not only she misspell my name but she also failed to enter the code as previous review stated its fraud or the staff lacks understanding how to do their job ?? , i am tired getting apologies don't mean anything instead hired staff that actually want to work and will do their job I was not asking anything extract and to be told by the 800 to call the branch and have it fix instead of taking responsibility why to do all that when she could have done the job in the first place.

False advertisement. I opened an account in response to the promotion advertising$325 offer. Now being told "the code wasn't entered at the branch". Yes I'm sure. Thank goodness they're other banks that don't lie.

Out of all the fifth thirds I have dealt with this one is horrible, I understand they take appointments but how they inform you is very unprofessional. Rob who works in the office is the worst and after talking to his manager who happened to make excuses, I can see that their 2.3 rating is well deserved. No I do not want to call and discuss this with them and I will not be returning to this branch ever!!!!
