Just days before Christmas, our 26 year old system died. Within an hour, Chris was here to assess the issue. As we suspected, we needed a complete new system. We were not regular customers, we did not even know him, but he was recommended by a dear friend. Unbelievably, 4 days later, he had installed a new system just in time for Christmas! Chris is exceptionally professional and honest in working with his customers. I called Chris to get a second opinion and was delightfully surprised at how quickly he got us scheduled and reviewed our area of concern.
