        Ive been trying to get ahold of someone at the agency for 3 months now and every time it says either the extension is no long being used or no one can pick up. All I want to do is add a vehicle to my policy. At this point Id rather find another insurance policy

      Mr. Martinez-Ruiz,I'm sorry that Allstate's new phone system has been giving you trouble. I have previously e-mailed all of our customers and explained that if you are having any troubles to please e-mail me directly and I will call you back as soon as I get the e-mail. I wish that you would have e-mailed me prior to becoming disgruntled with the phone system that is not a true reflection of our agency.
