Josh is fantastic. Always on time whenever I needed my lawn equipment repaired, and fixed the problems plus tuned up the engine and cleaned it off if needed. I can't say anything bad about him or this business. You will not be disappointed!

I contacted Franklin Repair when my beautiful Scag Turf Tiger shut down and wouldnt start back up. Due to the reasonable charge for pickup and delivery, I chose to have him pick it up. When Josh showed up I thought to myself, Thats one big old boy! Instantly his kindness reeled me in like a bait caster does a bass. Within two days I had an estimate for the repair and five days later had my mower back in tip-top shape. Josh delivered with a smile and even offered me a breath mint. (It was either out of kindness or my breath really stunk) Overall my experience with Franklin Repair was so much better than any other local service center.
