Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process of helping me find a car. He was able to find the perfect used mini van for my family and we absolutely love it! I have checked a lot of used car dealers in NC and SC to find myself and my son a car. No one compared to the service and attention we received from Joe at North Cannon. I read the reviews before I came here and all the comments are spot on about him. Amazing dealer, trustworthy, and caring. I would never buy my son a car without thinking the car is reliable and that he is well taken car of. This is the best place to buy a used car by far. Joe was so patient and honest with us and made us feel so comfortable about going to him with any concerns we had. I recommend this place 10000% to anyone looking for a car at the moment! You will not regret it

Honestly if you do not buy from this dealership you are missing out on an absolute great experience. Joe is the most amazing dealer!! He listened to everything I wanted and even stated some of the shortcomings of some of the cars. He is a VERY honest man. Used cars are always a gamble because ITS A USED CAR.. you never know what will happen. So when people mention they left this car lot and "check engine came on" its because its something new that happened without the dealer knowing about it beforehand. I have not known Joe for long but he made me feel so welcomed and at home. Very few dealers treat you like this dealership. Amazing experience! Would recommend to anyone on the fence about this dealership!

I gave this two stars because I purchased a car from this dealership and not within 48 hours A check engine light code came up. I go to get the code pulled from autozone and it was the catalytic converters. Needless to say I took the car back to the dealer for a refund. The dealer said he replaced the converters obviously not but He did give a refund and had an attitude about it. Be weary of what you purchase from this dealer. You do not want to purchase a dud that lasts 48 hours. Luckily I got my money back you might not be that luck and be stuck with a dud..
