        Drove down on Wednesday got there at 5:36 the building was closed did not mail out anything I had to return today that had to go back to my knowledge by state law buildings aren't supposed to close like that but at the same time I guess it doesn't matter just all customers realized that their hours aren't actually what's posted is what they used to work

      Hello Mr Blanton, I am so sorry that we were not here when you needed us, we never want to turn a customer away for any reason. I believe maybe the day is wrong. I think this was (Tuesday January 9, 2024) if so we were closed due to the storm coming through our area. We do have our hours posted, and we adhere to them strictly. We put off deciding to close early, until it became apparent that for the safety of our employees, it would be necessary to close at 4:30pm to allow everyone time to get home.(some live more than an hour away) We posted a sign in two different locations explaining the closure.
