Staff in the service department are always friendly and helpful, and take care of my oil change and inspection quickly!

I booked online for the express oil change/tire rotation and told the service advisor that I wanted to take advantage of the online coupon deal for 69.95, and she made note of that. She was being very pleasant When finished I came up to pay and she told me that she had found a coupon to save me $20!! Wow what a service advisor. I said great thinking that was quite a deal and oil change/tire rotation for $50. Then she said the total was $104. I asked how did we get from 69.95 to 104?? She looked like she had gotten busted being sneaky. I reminded her of the 69.95 deal, and she replied oh you wanted to use that coupon. Duh. I felt like she was trying to rip me off by telling me she had saved me $20 and then trying to charge me $104 for something that was being offered on YOUR webpage for $69.95. She then rapidly played with the price on the computer to reduce it back to $69 plus some shop fee plus tax for a total of almost $84. Still not a $69.95 deal plus tax but whatever. Not impressed with the underhanded-ness. Ill stick with getting routine maintenance done at Meineke or NTB in Chesapeake in the future.
