        As a Realtor, when representing buyer clients, it is extremely important to me for a home inspector to not only be thorough, but also take the time to review & explain the findings with the clients in detail as well as answer all their questions. Also to be available after the inspection should they happen to have any another questions. Grant exceeded my expectations. He was professional, friendly, very thorough in his inspection and review.
