I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the experience my son had at your Great Clips salon. After receiving a haircut at your establishment a month ago, and got a skin burn from the razer that was used he developed a severe scalp infection. As a result, we have been enduring significant hardship trying to combat this infection, and my son is now fearful of attending school due to the distress and discomfort caused by this situation. It is evident that proper disinfection protocols were not followed with the equipment used during my son's haircut, leading to the serious consequences we are currently facing. It is unacceptable and deeply concerning that one of the barbers at your salon obviously failed to disinfect their equipment as they should have. This experience has had a profound impact on my son's health and well-being, and I find it completely unacceptable that such negligence could occur in a professional establishment. The fact that my son's health has been compromised due to a lack of proper sanitation measures is deeply distressing. I'm praying that no other kids was infected during their procedure at the Great Clips .
