Unhappy customer of 2+ years. Not a great company. Techs are nice but people on the phone and via email throw some shade. Hired them to clean my dryer, and they just pancaked everything toward the end which made a mess in my attic due to leaks. Had to call another company to fix. Also had a brand new AC unit put in, and theres no power at the thermostat in little over a year, which they say they wont cover because its outside of warranty. Bad practices, so Ill contact the other company. Avoid and look for service elsewhere, trust me.

Master Heating and Cooling saved my health ! They discovered horrid mold contamination in my HVAC ducts and replaced all duct work for a very reasonable cost. Additionally, they installed a UV light and a hydrogen peroxide ionizer to vastly improve my in-home air quality. All of the folks in this family run biz were exceptional! They cared about my emphysema and prioritized all my installations A GREAT company with the best prices ! Alan Modliszewski

They team came out and clean out all of our vents and air handler. They also installed a new thermostat. Both guys were very nice and clean while working. They also explained how to work the new thermostat. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Services: A/C system maintenance, Install thermostat

Absolutely the best HVAC company on the Outer Banks! Ive been using Masters Heating & Cooling for my OBX cottage for 10 years. Most recently I had the heat go out at my cottage with renters at 4:30 PM two days before Christmas. I thought my renters were doomed to at least a day or two without heat. Susan got on it right away. Sent out a technician, identified the problem and fixed the issue within 30 min. Not living in the area they provide me with peace of mind and a sense of security that is truly awesome! Services: Repair HVAC, Install AC
