        Really appreciate the wonderful manager at the Knightdale Little Caesars. On St Patricks Day evening they were extremely busy yet understaffed. The lady managers kind and positive mood surprised me and impressed me. Typically in the same situation Ive seen managers and staff be the complete opposite. The staff member that was there was also friendly and positive. Good job yall! Such great customer service is not something always seen, especially during such a hard shift!!!

        The crazy bread always comes out horrible, but today they went overboard, how can they sell that, the truth is that it is courageous to come home and see this

        The issue at this location is the customer service. They really dont have enough people working and the folks that are working are overworked. They mean well and are doing the best they can. But management needsto hire more help!
