I applied for a apartment with this company. Then we turned in 50 dollars each with our application. I was told that I would hear something on a particular day. Then a few days went by with no contact from the company. When I didnt hear anything we went by the office only to find out the apartment was still being lived in by the tenant n was not going to move out for the next month or two. If this information would of been relayed to me i would of applied somewhere else. I also requested to just have our application discarded and have our 100 dollars returned. Then I received an email that we was approved but the apartment was rented. I have never experienced this from a rental property. Just beware and inquire more information. We dont have money to just give away.

They do not pay their contractors, horrible employers, they are slum lords and dont pay their employees. Buyers beware cheep materials used on properties.

I applied almost 2 weeks ago just for me to call up there and ask how long the renting process take and they tell me 24 hours they never call me and told me if I was approved or not, for called for almost a week straight just for them to tell me they couldnt find my application after I already paid then they said the would call me back when they found it later that day they never called so I called again the next day just for them to tell me we make 3 times the rent and passed the background but we didnt have enough rental history even tho I had been on at least 4 leases they are so unprofessional and for 50 per person they should have way better communication skills

The worse management I have ever had to deal with when it comes to communicating and helping the tenants. I love my apartment unit but they need way better management when it comes to accounting. If you plan to moving in one of their apartment unit, please make sure to do your research.
