Made an appointment 4 months ago with the promise of calling me sooner if a cancellation took place. Called back to confirm my appointment and it was no longer available! I waited 3 months for this appointment! As a health official patients health is important and if your office cant assist let the patient know so that they can move on to get the care they need! That should have never happened! Your secretary said you are upset I told her no disappointed is how I feel especially when I see patients care not being valued I needed to be seen because of a emergency dental issue and 3 months of waiting only to be told I no longer have a appointment is unfair I could have been getting medical treatment somewhere else and my symptoms would not have worsened now I have to wait 6 weeks to attend another dental appointment outside of this practice
