I am a real estate professional. My clients selected Jason Hartley, who manages the Homeside Financial branch in Lexington, as the mortgage broker for the purchase of their first home. Our closing date was re-scheduled 3 times, each due to the negligence on Jason's behalf. He failed to send the required documents to my clients multiple times. He was completely unprofessional: once hanging up the phone on me saying he didn't like my "attitude" when I kept composure but asked why things continued to fall through. Eventually, I contacted his boss who took over this transaction entirely. My clients had to pay a large sum in additional due diligence just to keep the contract together, and we didn't close for nearly 2 months (an entire month after originally scheduled). This was the most anxiety-provoking transaction I have ever worked on- even though the loan itself was so straightforward. Secure lending from literally anywhere else.

Me an my wife are first time home buying an they did not communicate at all even when you email an call the you bring everything they need and an still mads it up when everything was said an done we got the house we wanted but they made it a nightmare every step if i was anyone else go threw another loan office

If there was a hall of fame for Loan Officers, Danyel would deserve the nomination. Im a first time home buyer, and single at that.
