The office was friendly and professional, and scheduled to have two toilets in my rental property replaced very quickly. The plumber called as he headed yo the property leaving plenty of time to inform the tenants of their arrival. A quote for the installation was provided once they put eyes on the job to make sure the price was acceptable (almost half of what some other companies quoted, and the other companies even wanted extra to haul off the old toilets) which it was. They got started, took payment over the phone and even sent pictures of the completed job. Great experience will definitely be using them in the future for any additional plumbing issues. I was new to the area and was recommended to All About Plumbing by my septic inspector - whose business actually is a competitor. The local Plumber, Evan was there the next day to help me assess a leaking toilet and second opinion on the inspection issues. Excellent experience. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and he and his crew did a phenomenal job. Completed the work on time as promised and did not exceed the quote. Afterwards, he walked the job explaining the new equipment and gave tips on other plumbing equipment maintenance he didn’t even service. I won’t go anywhere else. I had a great experience and super quick response. They were happy to answer all of my questions, were very patient while I was multitasking with work issues and helped set up the next steps on how to repair water damage from a leak.
