Garrett Helms at ER Plumbing did an excellent job troubleshooting a weird plumbing issue that I was having. He resolved the issue and also did a great job installing a new water heater. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair

I had no hot water, and Jon and Davion arrived to look at my hot water heater. I received a phone call from their office telling me the techs were on the way. There was something out of the norm about the prior hot water heater installation, and both took the time to go into my attic to check it out and explain to me. Instead of just saying the heater needed to be replaced, Jon took the time to diagnose the problem and quoted me a price to repair the heater. Since it was 12 years old, I opted to replace the heater. The techs stayed at my home, called the office, and a new heater was promptly delivered. The installation took about 1.5 hours. I was impressed with the professionalism of the techs and very impressed that the first option was to try repair the heater and not to sell me a new hot water heater (unlike other contractors).
