    The amount of roaches and stink bugs that Ive had to slaughter since moving here back in January of this year has been absolutely atrocious. I am no exterminator but I might as well be at this rate. We also have valet trash here which probably doesnt help the issue. I am incredibly disgusted, who wants to kill bugs in their crib everyday? Like okay, I get a roach here and there, maybe something a bit exotic flies its way in every couple of months but damn, every day? Or every other day if Im lucky I gotta kill at least one roach. Weve even got an exterminator to spray his little liquid and Im finding them EVERYWHERE still. One was even pretending to be dead and as I swept it up it immediately crawled out of the dust pan so disrespectful. On another occasion one was crawling on me in my sleep. All in all Im just tryna let yall know what I wish we knew but now I gotta be a roach and stink bug slayer for however many years we live here :) 2 stars simply because the staff is so genuinely polite and accommodating. Doesnt make up for my roach slaying activities though.

    STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE A BABY WHO NEEDS TO NAP, WORK FROM HOME OR WORK NIGHTS!!! I wish I could post a video of how loud the drilling into the cement under us is. I cant even hear the TV. I have to jump up and take my kids out of the apartment because my 2 year old is scared. Theyre Raising the rent and lowering the quality if living. This is a cheaply put together money grab for the investment company. Waking up to my bed vibrating from the Drilling. EVEN ON WEEKENDS! No notice No communication. The construction is a nuisance and will be for a while since they still only have 5 businesses open. They will tell you differently tho to get you to sign the lease. Construction workers dont follow posted rules. Leasing office doesnt communicate or follow thru with what they say theyre going to. I have to speak with the construction workers myself to know their schedule which is what the leasing office promised theyd do back in JULY when I signed a lease and this became an issue. In July, I was told it would only be a couple more months and they would communicate when drilling was being done. They also told me they would be taking legal action if the companies didnt start complying. Ive been dealing with it on and off since July. With every day and time documented. Its now February and I was just told by Molly I signed a lease that stated I was ok with this and knew about it and I could move to the fourth floor and pay more money if I want. Or pay to break the lease Elevators constantly smell like dog urine. People dont clean up after their pets. Thankfully renting was only temporary and we will be out sooner rather than later but this is the Closest thing to Slum Lords (in my opinion) that Ive ever dealt with and I moved here from Yonkers!! Posted below are the rules the construction workers dont follow and the office doesnt enforce Save yourself the trouble, live somewhere else.

    I lived at Mill One for 10 mos. when the building initially opened. I lived on the second floor, which was quiet majority of the time. The building locks after 6pm, which was a plus, especially with the constant traffic from the newly opened restaurants downstairs and the park behind the complex. The office staff was also inviting and helpful when needed.

    Staff is professional, location is good. Not able to enjoy anything due to lack of sleep. Upstairs neighbor is jumping up and down from 4 am to 8 am in the morning. My apartment also smells like dog urine and has not yet been cleaned since I moved in last week. Overall not happy and rethinking my decision about having moved here.
