About a month ago I was in process of relocating from a different state. I reached out to Granger Village and spoke with Matt! He was amazing he stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and made my relocation as seamless as possible. Thank you Matt for your patience and assistance. I would highly recommend if youre looking for peace, space and comfort.

Weve lived at Granger Village since October and we love it here. April, Matt and Bryce have been great. I have to give out a big shout out to Bill, the handyman. We had a problem with heat just this week. He came to check things out in an hour. He had the AC guys come and fix our heating problem right away we were toasty warm in no time. Hes the best. Matt and April are right on top of any maintenance problems weve had. Thanks guys.

Bryce is wonderful! He can be considered a factor is choosing Granger Village! My apartment is gorgeous and so excited to live here!

Unfortunately, they force you to pay internet fees with no guarantee of good internet services. If you work from home or do schooling online, or if internet is essential to you in any way, this is not the place for you! Weve have 4 days of internet outages in 6 weeks, and they will not provide any solution to this. Even when the internet does work, its a bad connection. Weve even had their tech out here to fix it, but things still dont connect. And if you want to get your own provider, you still have to pay their fees. The apartment itself is fine but we are now facing the choice to pay to break our lease because good internet is a necessity for us because our family works from home, does online schooling, and have a baby. *It should also tell you a lot that most of these 5 star review are of people who toured the property but are not residents of the property. Be careful! **Update to the owner response: I reached out to the office multiple times, I have also spoke to the regional manager, and there is no reasonable solution to the problem. They are holding me to my lease and requiring me to pay out to move somewhere else. I think its highly unethical to hold someone to their contract when they have not lived up to their own word, or provided you with another solution. I am just trying to warn others who may move here and have the same issue. The Managements response is no response.
