Beautiful Community in mooresville. State of the art modern 3 story townhomes mixed in a neighborhood with single family homes with proximity to Lake Norman. David Simmons is awesome he is very professional and helped me find the perfect townhome for my family. Get in quickly its a hidden gem soon to be filled up !

Just ok. The townhomes are nice aesthetically but they arent high end and for the price were paying we expected better. We can hear our neighbors on both sides at all hours of the night, as well as we can hear everything from the floors above when in our downstairs rooms, which tells me the insulation/floor padding wasnt done well or at all. Our garage floor bedroom is essentially unusable as a bedroom because it sounds like elephants upstairs from anyone just walking and you can even hear the neighbors doors opening and closing in that room. The neighbors also dont pick up their dog poop and throw their trash/dog poop over their balconies (GROSS) and the complex didnt respond to numerous emails regarding either issue. Also, weve been paying an amenities fee/hoa fee (We requested this be removed when we moved in but it was still charged). Why are we paying amenities/hoa for a unit we dont own that currently still has no amenities? Last summer we were offered to use the amenities at the sister property across the street but the pool was green and closed half the time. Also, we can tell the finishes werent great as were already seeing cracks in the grout/caulk and rust on the railings on our patio. We know its a rental but at the high end of costs for the area we expected better. It hasnt been the worst experience renting weve ever had but we definitely arent renewing our lease. You can get a bigger/nicer place in the Davidson/Huntersville/Cornelius areas for less and not have the same issues. The upsides are the leasing team who were friendly and exceptional doing tours and at move in, location near the hwy, and pet friendly community (minus the poop). As a caveat to this, we moved here out of desperation to find something close to work. There arent great options in the Mooresville ares so you likely wont find much better.

LOVE this community! The location is perfect for me and my family and it's got everything that we're looking for. The biggest reason for leasing was due to the amazing staff. The Abode team has been extremely helpful throughout this entire process. Can't wait to live here! :)
