image Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job on my Ford F-250. The work was as quoted and on time. Carlos even called after a few days just to make sure that everything met my expectations. Customer Service like that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Autocare!

image This place is a total rip off. Run away from this place. I got the car in on Wednesday to get the coolant leak on my 2014 bmw 528i x drive checked . I also asked them to look drive belt as its worn and any other items that need to be worked. These people here are not your average experts who are confident about dealing with the cars. They are very under confident and told me they couldnt do the work which felt deceptive at the first. Thats when the real story begins. I took the car back from them on Wednesday at 6 pm right when they close. There was a brake light warning on the car that popped up on the car while driving the car back. I called them first thing the next morning and told the new guy in customer service John about the same thing. This new guy John rather seems to be interested in arguing with me than looking at what caused the actual problem and didnt care to ask the mechanic who took my rear tires off. He refused to check with the mechanic and said he didnt want to work on my car anymore. I did not drive the car on Friday and, on Saturday when I looked at the right rear suspension, to my surprise, my suspension went bad. The car almost is leaning in on right rear side and the entire suspension is gone. I realized the brake light that popped when I drove my car back on Wednesday was because of the suspension going bad and couldnt get enough time to look at the car as it was their closing time already as I got there at 6pm to get the vehicle back and I had to drive back.
I texted them the immediate moment about the same thing and when I called them on Monday John picks up the call again and when I asked him about the suspension he starts lying about not taking the rear tires offf and says only the front tires were taken off. I have the report with me( attached here ) and Ive also attached the pictures of my car with the suspension. These people have stolen my suspension and fitted me with the suspension which has gone bad that they have. Mind you these people steal parts off of your vehicle and put 3rd grade parts when you come here for complimentary check. I wish I could give 0 stars for this horrible experience. The guy on phone John claims to have spoken with Carlos when I called him Monday morning. Carlos seems to be doing business in a shady way here. He doesnt answer his customers. They dont want to enquire who worked on my car. When I first came in, they told me they dont do tires. If thats the case they shouldnt even touch the rear tires. If they still do take my tires out, they must at least put it back properly. I feel like Ive been cheated by coming here looking at reviews. Believe me your original BMW parts will be stolen by the shady people working here and they dont even wanna take responsibility for any kind of work they do your car. In ages Ive never experienced as worst as this. These people are total Scam. I still dont understand why the guy on the phone John doesnt want to do any repairs even after I say Im going to pay how much ever it is gonna cost. They really messed up my car. Its not driving straight. I could feel every bump on the road hit me. This is terrible. Dont ever get your car to this place if you care for your vehicle and like for it to be in good condition. I repeat your parts will be stolen and cheap parts will be fitted if you get your car here even for an inspection. Beware of this place. Never ever visit this place.
