        Have had multiple cars in for different reasons ranging from simple service to major repairs. Sometimes they have the best price and sometimes they don't. I can guarantee that they will do a quality job and be truthful about what needs done and doesn't. They are really good about remembering customers names and faces and are always friendly. I will continue to take my cars to them for repair and service

        Decided to make an appointment for 4:30 on 2/26/23 for an oil change. This was my first time at Honest-1. I decided to try them out after seeing so many good reviews. I must say, they really live up to the good reputation! Showed up 15 min early for my appointment, and they got me in early since it wasnt too busy. They used a seat cover when they pulled it into the bay, which I appreciate, and shows respect for customer vehicles. I was out the door with fresh oil in my car in less than 35 minutes. Very quick, great service! To say Im impressed is an understatement. Ill definitely be back in the future for my car needs!

      Hello and thank you for your review. We take our reviews very seriously and want to learn from our mistakes when they occur. During an NC State Inspection, we check everything per the NC laws and requirements, while some shops may not. Fines for not doing so are considerable and your safety is set aside. However, we stand by our observation of fluid leaking from your power steering rack and one tire worn out causing it to fail they safety aspect of the NC inspection. While not an easy conversation, we feel it's better to inform and allow the customer to make a choice about how they wish to address these things.$500 for us to learn... I'd like to extend an offer for you to return to us and allow us to raise the vehicle in the air for you and me to inspect. This will allow us to verify our findings and if there is any deviation from what was suggested to what is observed we will donate $500 to the charity of your choice (assuming your car has not been already fixed) and terminate the employee responsible as there is no value in being dishonest with any customers. Another option is to call NC License & Theft Bureau at 704-878-4257 who can overrule or fine us for NC inspection related offences. Or both options can be chosen.
