        E. Plaza Drive location is horrible. Stay away! Branch manager has BIG attitude problem. Beth Stefanilli is a horrible person. And had no business being a branch manager. Her manager will not do anything about it either. Unless you are a BIG local company she will not give you the time of day.

        DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK!!! Unwilling to work with their customers and extremely greedy. Worst banking customer service Ive ever experienced, along with one of the most out of date online banking interfaces.

        This bank is absolutely the worst. Worst staff ever. The way they act to me is just ridiculous. The manager pretty much called me a thief. I would not recommend this bank to anyone Update. Now they are charging me an overdraft fee every week. When the manager refused to come out when I came in to close my account this should look good for me in court.
