        Brought in a phone for repair, we agreed for me to come back in 40min to pick it up at 1:30. I arrived at 1:25 and the store was closed. Nearby store says "yeah, he just went to lunch". I live 30min away and had to pick my son up from school, so I could not wait. I called the store five times through the afternoon and evening and never got an answer. I wasn't going to make the trip again only to find him still closed. I picked up the phone the next day and received no real explanation or apology. I also had to yell for help because apparently he was out back. Very unprofessional.
