Granite Details helped me out with a small project that other countertop places refused to take as it was not big enough to be worth their time. They were able to provide me with a piece that perfectly matched my other countertops and had the finished piece delivered and installed in a week. They were fantastic, friendly and knowlegable through out. I'm so glad I found them.

So glad we went with Granite Details. They were great from our first meeting! Very helpful and patient with us. The installers were professional and considerate. Countertops look wonderful! Highly recommend this company.

Mike, Kristi, and the entire Granite Details team were awesome from start to finish. Kristi was super friendly and helpful in guiding us to select the best countertops to suit our needs -- even showing us a cheaper, remnant option for our bathroom that worked perfectly! Additionally, they were super patient and flexible in working around an ever-changing schedule due to delays on other parts of our kitchen that were out of their/our control. Mike and his team were flawless in their installation, personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Overall, one of the best experiences we've ever had with any home improvement vendor! I would highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

I just had my master bathroom completely remodeled. (quartz iceberg) I must say, granite detail was amazing. Kristi communicated with me throughout the process. She also took the time to answer my questions. Their installers arrived when they said they would and done a great job. Great customer service, punctual and great quality of work. Would I recommend Granite Detail? defintely, they are on my speed dial for future projects. Thank you

I was giving Prices at initial measurement.and I had no issue with the price, they collected half of the money up front which I had no problem with that but then a week before. Insulation they made a trip to remasure the project again the price went up. I simply called and wanted to speak to the owner of this company so I can find out the reasin behind the price increase She was the most unhelpful and unreasonable individual, She started getting very hostile with me I simply wanting the explanation for the price increase and she gave me the treat if you aren't happy We will cancel your order knowingly I have a rental that is gonna be moving in within 10 days. I had no choice went along with her and agreed to pay the full amount of increase. But sadly she has no knowledge of how to deal in respectful way with the customers I would never deal with this Company again or recommend.
