Updates: Changing the rating due to unsatisfactory outcome. I immediately noticed that the new crown placed did not fit well, the shape created a gap that trap food every time I ate. I waited for 2 weeks since I had a teeth cleaning scheduled. At the teeth cleaning, I told them that the crown shape did not fit well and now the food gets trapped between the crown and the next tooth and constantly hurts after I eat. Dr. Palmieri said everything looks fine and that they will charge me again to have to crack this crown and to install another one. It causes pain every time I eat, because so much food gets trapped, and when I floss it when there is no food trapping, the gap is wider than the dental floss and flossing does not work. Im disappointed in this outcome. The initial service was good but I regret having this done at this practice. My previous dentist (out of state) would have corrected the issues without charging me because its not the patients fault that the crown shape was not correct. The dental cleaning experience was good.

I recently broke my crown and called Palmieri Dentistry - Mooresville. I left a VM late at night, and they called me back the first thing the very next morning. They fit me in right away and explained to me the treatment plan. The office is comfortable, cozy, and has a very relaxing atmosphere.
The treatment process was smooth, and the staff and the doctor were excellent. Dr. Palmieri is so calm and confident and has very steady and gentle hands. Tracy talked me through each step so I could stay relaxed. They used advanced technology and were able to scan and imprint my tooth, designed and milled the permanent crown in their own office while I waited. Im so thankful I found this practice. Thank you to Dr. Palmieri, Tracy, Kim, and all the staff there!!!
