Ive stayed here 3 months. The staff is amazing! Theyre so amazing that I purchased donuts for them. Hotel is clean. Parking is great. Kitchen space is great. Huge bathroom mirror.

In the afternoon at the hotel lobby, the black female employee was very rude.
It was unfriendly.
When I checked in at the hotel at 5 o'clock, I personally had heavy luggage.
I asked for a downstairs room, but the black female employee gave me a corner room on the top of the 4th floor and rudely told me to cancel my reservation if I didn't like it.
There were several bed bugs in the room on the first day, and on the carpet.
It had a foul smell, like a skunk.
The shower curtain was full of sweat and mold odor, so I had to ask for it and take it off.
I requested a room change several times, but the female staff member rudely told me to leave the hotel and even threatened to call the police if I didn't leave.
I really don't understand how a hotel like this can be hired and used by people from all over the world!!

Being a IHG member this was worse experience! Husband booked ask for lower room due to our pet, we checked in @415 afternoon, Walked I. No one at desk there was 3 Housekeepers and front desk clerk in back all talking when checked in ask why on 4 th floor stated all available! went upstairs as off elevator almost knocked over with horrible smell of Pot all down hall to room When I went back downstairs to let them know I ask for different room and they said had one on 2 nd floor ask why I couldnt have 5 minutes earlier said they had just finished cleaning (now its after 4 and everyone was goofing off)
So 2 housekeepers followed up to 4th floor with me and knocked on door and told smokers they had to stop (instead of telling to leave) Even maintenance man noticed smell
So I go to second floor when get to room door was open! Along with EVERY cabinet, microwave door, dishwasher, nightstand, dressers everything bed looked set on
So downstairs again I went
Same house keeper came up stated (were not perfect) I said I dont expect perfect just competent when she got in room she was SLAMMING All Drawers Everything scared my puppy and sister who was in Bathroom
I ask her not to slam she said how should I close the I said NOT like that she slammed out of room slamming that door
When I told front desk NOTHING
This is definitely NOT 5 star or family friendly unless your into POT and rude people
