Jessica Lopez I believe located in the Mooresville store was so very helpful by listening to my questions and concerns and recommending the right product and explained why. Its very nice to talk to someone who is quite knowledgeable and cares about the customers concerns and needs.

We had our small area (30x 40) sodded , two Falls ago. While the installation went well, we've had weed problems ever since. We reached out to them, but got no follow up to our concerns. We use Weedman for lawn care so we're doing our part. We're back to fighting weeds yet again this Spring, work that shouldn't be needed if one gets sod installed, which was our reasoning for paying for sod. Given the sodded area, in the whole acre of our yard, is all that has issues, it's obvious the sod came with problems. For the past two Springs, we've had to deal with about 20-25 clumps of Dalis grass, only to have it return. Very unhappy with this purchase, and no concerns on their part after installation. UPDATE: Supersod contacted us. They came out and made the necessary repairs. Very thankful that they did this, so I'd give them a 5 star now. Manager was nice and helpful. Thank you!
