Very nice people. They did amazing job on my nails and my feet. My new favorite nail salon definitely will be back me and my husband.

Read the great reviews and decided to give Magnifique a try. I am very happy I did. It's very clean and you feel very welcomed. They are very kind and thoughtful. I showed a picture of the color and design I wanted and they were like no problem. The color and design was matched perfectly. I will be back again:)

Do not be fooled by these reviews like I was. Worst pedicure I have ever received. The owner did my pedicure & I was highly disappointed. My cuticles weren't clipped properly, the massage was barely a massage, she did not scrub my feet well, my nails were uneven, my feet were so dry - I can go on and on. I brought my dad as a birthday treat and we left before she could touch his feet because of the poor job she did on me. I expressed my disappointment to the owner after she asked me what I thought & she still charged full price and i left 15% even though the service was so poor. I knew something was up when I walked in on a Friday afternoon with no customers in sight and she was the only staff member....the owner is kind, but the service horrible! Update- the owner left a response that the result will depend on the quality of my feet. I get pedicures monthly at an amazing spa in charlotte. My feet were in worse condition after this pedicure. It is unfair that the owner takes no responsibility for such poor quality work and what's even more unfair is that she is providing this type of service to customers. I made this post to bring awareness, you can get much better service elsewhere for the same price.

I went to this nail place for the first time this morning for a manicure and pedicure. They use cuticle lotion instead of dipping your hands in warm water for manicure. When I asked what is the difference between two manicures on the list, Terri who works there said the more you pay, the more you get pampered which proved later why they rushed me because I dont get fake nails which are more expensive so they work on you longer. I asked her 4 times when I can pick my nail polish color and she finally heard me and said later. Communication was a big problem and I never felt anyone fully understoood me there and I paid $90+ for all this and still left a 20% tip. The only service I liked was the pedi massage I got from one of the techs that seemed older than most of the techs there. She is the only reason this review has 2 stars instead of 1. I would not recommend this place to anyone who usually gets basic mani/pedi but still expecting a non-sloppy job.
