I dont know the name of the lady that did my nails, but I wont be going back. I went in to get a full set, and the lady kept making my fingers bleed and kept hurting me with absolutely everything she did. She was also very disrespectful to me, and didnt listen to how I wanted my nails to be done. She also had a cut on her fingers and wasnt wearing any gloves while she dug her nails into my hands. She jerked on my arms the whole time. When you go and get your nails done, its supposed to be a time of relaxation and feeling beautiful, and I felt absolutely none of that. Ive only had them done for 2 days and my nails look so bad and my nails hurt bad.

Of course I can gladly explain my experience that unfortunately made me feel that my money had no value to my daughter and they treated us very rudely. The entire staff started talking about us because we were Hispanic and they put the nail colors that you wanted. Those of us who asked for the job did it reluctantly, my daughter's ones were crooked and Ami, the color was not what my daughter requested and that was the reason I only left 10 dollars as a tip. I only ask that the treatment be kind to everyone That race or color does not matter, we are all equal and worth the same

I went here couple weeks ago. Left a review and somehow it didnt go through. I had the worst experience here. Ive been here times in the past and its been overall well. The lady I had was not only rude, she went over my cuticles so many times to the point they were bleeding. Thinking shed realize and stop but she didnt. Not only were my cuticles bleeding and in so much pain, she would then dig her fingernails under my cuticles to try and clean the blood up. Aside from my cuticles bleeding the whole time. My nails looked absolutely horrible and I get very simple nails. I asked her to file down a nail that didnt look like the almond shape i wanted, she filed a couple times then moved on, almost like she was annoyed i was asking. Overall horrible experience. I would also like to state that the message they responded with for this review i called like it stated.. they proceeded to tell me i was lying about my experience and that id have to speak with google because they have no idea what im talking about. Then when i addressed it to them, put google aside, they hung up on me.

The people there were very disrespectful and were mocking both me and my mom, and one thing i noticed was that they were nicer to other's than they were to us, they didn't even do my mom's nails the way she wanted them and yet they still expected a tip after my mom paid, either way she didn't have a choice on tipping so she had to tip eitherway but she gave a low tip, i felt uncomfortable being there and i just wanted to grab my mom and leave, the lady that was doing my nails was digging her nails into my skin and twisting and shaking my fingers. They should treat everyone with respect no matter the race or body type. Honestly, why work at a nail salon if you're not even going to enjoy it and just make fun of the people that come in to get their nails done, i think that's ridiculous, no one deserves to be treated or experience this at a place where its supposed to make them feel nice and have a good time getting their nails done.
