Was in the Belmont area from Burlington, NC for business on Sunday, 8/20 to Monday, 8/21 and had 2 legal documents that needed to be notarized. I contacted Pampa around 6:25 pm via phone on Sunday, 8/20 and left a voicemail, but never received any response. Realizing that Pampa was about to close per the posted business hours, I then sent Pampa an email at 7:30 pm requesting the notary preferably for Sunday evening if possible (mentioned this in the voicemail too), but could have it done before 12 noon the next day on Monday. Never received any response via email either. I definitely understand the notary request was somewhat last moment, but it would've been a professional courtesy from Pampa to simply reply via email if not able to notarize my 2 simple legal documents within the timeframe specified instead of no response at all. I noticed several of the other reviews are quite old, so not sure if this notary service is still in operation. If so, please remove your website and notary service Pampa to ensure the public is aware.
