Dana is very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition, and how they impact our sleep, energy, mood, clarity and outlook. I learn something new every visit. Even when I feel a bit defeated, Dana graciously draws out something positive and I leave encouraged with a new goal. Plus, through logging food and mindful eating and exercise, I have lost some weight too!
