All I did was call to find out information to begin any services, and whoever called me back was short and cut me off several times, rude making it sound like i was wasting her time, and snippy since i didn't hear her the first time she rambled off who she was. First impression is big and it wad already wrecked

I have walked into a number of law offices in my day. Most are festooned with highly dusted yet never open collections of legal books and the waiting room full of disheveled, nervous looking people. Mr. McCrarys office possessed none of this pretense opting instead for items of art that gave the feeling that he spent a lot of time here, and was confidently comfortable. Dustin is a very personable man, he listens and maintains good eye contact, and I had the feeling he actually cared. His attitude was professional, his advice was sound and I am left with no doubt that our future association will be successful. He was kind enough not to charge me a consultation fee, because it was quickly obvious that the jurisdiction, for my case was in Florida and he could not help. He was also kind enough to answer several questions via email after our initial meeting.
