Paul,We are sorry to hear Chase is not feeling well! However, we are a little shocked to hear he was cut “too short.” Chase was trimmed to 1/2 an inch all over excluding his tail and ears (which were not touched per request). During check in you specifically asked for his hair to be trimmed to 1/2 an inch. Both of our groomers, Erin and Christy, were present during check in. As professional groomers, we believe 1/2 an inch is still rather “fluffy”. Pick-up for Chase was very positive including compliments from you and a request to pre-book his next appointment, 6 weeks from January 10th.Regarding infection, we did reach out to Chase’s regularly veterinary clinic regarding this accusation. They did state he has not been seen for infection. In fact, he has not been seen since his last well check in October. If you could please reach out to us at the salon to discuss these concerns further. We strive to have a very clean and sanitary salon so an accusation of infection is very concerning/serious for us.
