Soon after to moving to NC we had a long weekend trip and needed to find a pet sitter quickly! After researching online, we lined up Zen Petcare & Home and feel like we hit the jackpot on the first try. Marci treated our furry and feathered family members as her own. We could tell at our first meeting that she would be meticulous and dependable. She is an awesome communicator and is also a great photographer! In addition, she took great care of our home. It is wonderful to know we can go away and have peace of mind about the care of our dogs, cats, and bird (and home)! We highly recommend Zen Petcare.

Zen Petcare is the absolute best! Marci is extremely conscientious, reliable, professional and loves her work. And my dogs LOVE her! We can go away and have peace of mind that our furbabies are happy and fed. She'll check in several times a day with pictures and updates. Or she'll just check in once to let you know all is well at home. What more could you ask?! We highly recommend Zen Petcare!!!

Marci is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make certain our fur-babies are safe and happy. She is so easy to work with and very professional. She adds those little touches (behavioral training, getting the mail, texts and check-ins, etc.) that keep us going back to her for our pet-sitting needs. She was also ready and willing with any advice for training our new puppy- just to be nice and share her gift with others. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Marci and Zen Petcare. Its such a relief to know our fur-babies are well cared for when were out of town.

Weve used several differing pet sitting services over the years but having found Marci I can say she is hands down the best pet caregiver weve ever used. My girl can be a bit aloof with strangers and my wifes girl is blind and takes best to a gentler handler. Marci had no trouble handling either. It is reassuring to know that your kids are in the hands of someone so empathetic and knowledgeable about their needs while you have to be away from them. Marcis communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed with frequent status updates and pics. Im sure shes going to be in high demand when word gets out more about the quality of her services. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be using your caregiver services whenever we must leave our girls behind.

Marci has cared for my older Golden boy (Gunner) several times by making home visits. She's very thorough with his every need and any special request we might have for him. We have left our puppy Golden boy (Oakley) in her in home care for four consecutive nights. She met with us beforehand and spent time making notes regarding everything about his care. She was awesome with helping with training and socializing him with her own 2 yr. old boy (Kodi). Marci kept me updated with text and so many heartwarming pics and videos with both of my boys. I truly feel like Marci loves them as her own, and I never worried for a second about their care. We have actually already scheduled some daycare stays for the puppy because he had such a great time playing with her 2 yr. old boy! Marci is the BEST and I highly recommend her!
