Shaun and Tessa are awesome property management pros! A while back I acquired a property and I was feeling very lost. Shaun walked me through the entire process and I felt very secure trusting them with our home. There were some issues that arose but Shaun was able to quickly get everything resolved. I really appreciate the fact that he was quickly accessible by phone during the emergency. I am currently looking at getting an additional property and they will be getting my business when it comes to to manage the property.

Wishlist propertied brought my rental from our former landlord. We had stayed at this residence a few days shy of ten years and everything seemed ok in the beginning. Shortly after buying, they attempted to raise the monthly rent. My husband and I agreed to the adjustment because we were appreciative to where we stayed. Days later our former landlord called to check on us, in which we made him aware of the adjustment to the monthly rent. He then made us aware that they were not allowed by law to raise the rent within the first year. Once Wishlist was notified they agreed to go back to the original price. That was between August/Oct of 2023. Our rent was NEVER late in the entire 10yrs we lived there and never had any complaints made toward landlords or from us anything that needed to be repaired, fixed or replaced came from my husband. Three days after Christmas we got a call stating we needed to be out by the 30th of January. Although they dated the lease termination for 2023 and the upcoming year was 2024 they honored the mistake and we received a new date of mid February. I will also say upon moving out the company furnished the property with all new appliances in the kitchen while we stayed there there were no updates planned or mentioned. While everything was done legally, and no previous issues were found between Wishlist and my family the way the company went about things I do not agree with.
