        The city has been coming out to my new build community to redo cracked concrete on the sidewalks and curbs. A bunch of workers came today to cut up all of the concrete in front of our driveway. I thought they were removing and repouring, but no. They left the gigantic chunks in a pile. We can’t even back out of our driveway in our cars. I called the city to report how ridiculous this is and no answer, of course. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable.

        Water got shutoff without warning during a pandemic. Every phone line is a busy signal. No call waiting and hold. Zero customer care.
